Two were injured when their small plane crashed earlier this week.
At 3:41 p.m. on Wednesday, Mifflin County Emergency personel were dispatched for a small plane crash.
The plane crashed into a field about a quarter mile from a runway at the Mifflin County Airport in Reedsville.
As a result, the FAA stopped and rerouted air traffic in the area.
The plane was a small propeller plane and was built by the pilot, Bob McCaa.
McCaa and his passenger, were injured as a result of the crash. McCaa suffered head injuries and the passenger suffered from back pain.
No further information would be available until the FAA completed their investigation later today.

A Lewistown man is still missing after a boat search of the Juniata River Wednesday.
Shane Workman, 31, has been missing from his home since April 25th and was last seen around 10:30 p.m., walking to the Sheetz store in Lewistown.
The Lewistown Borough Police Department and boats from the City Hook and Ladder, Junction and Newton Wayne fire companies took to the river searching for Workman.
Boats gathered around noon on Wednesday at the boat launch off River Access Road. The boats headed up the river toward Juniata Concrete Company, where they began their search.
No trace of Workman was found during the search, and no other information is available at this time.
On May 8, a Mifflin County jury convicted Jerid Leach of one count of endangering the welfare of children, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to a news release from Mifflin County Assistant District Attorney.
According to testimony presented at trial, Leach’s 3-year-old daughter was found wandering in the area of the Dutch Country Inn, in Reedsville, wearing a diaper and a tank top, on June 30, 2016.
According to the release, the child was found by restaurant employees and picked up by relatives. When the police responded to the room where Leach and the child were staying, Leach was found sleeping. According to the release, police noted the odor of marijuana in the room.
Sentencing in the case is scheduled for June.
